LOCATION 1: 47°57’53.6” N 95°47’47.9”W; 13901 320th Ave SE, Oklee, Minnesota- driving directions from junction Pennington County 23 & 140th ST SE (Pennington 23 is Red Lake County 5 north of Oklee) 3 miles east on 140th ST; or from the junction of 330th Ave & 140th ST SE- 1 mile west (330th Ave is Red Lake County 10) 

LOCATION 2: 47°56’10.1” N 95°45’46.0” W; Driving Directions- ½ mile east of Location 1

LOCATION 3: 47°57’50.6” N 95°46’54.8” W; Driving Directions from Location 1- 1 mile east to Red Lake County 10 (330th Ave), 1 mile south to 150th ST & ½ mile east

TEST NOTE: TEST RESULTS ARE POSTED WITH BALE LOTS AT EACH LOCATION. EACH TEST RESULT IS FROM A COMBINATION OF SEVERAL RANDOM BALES AT EACH LOCATION.

 

WEIGHT NOTE: WEIGHTS WERE OBTAINED BY WEIGHING TWO TO FOUR RANDOM BALES FROM EACH LOCATION.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: THIS HAY WAS ALL PUT UP IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, NET WRAPPED AND BALED WITH JOHN DEERE & NEW HOLLAND BALERS; SOME BALES HAVE BEEN IN A HAY SHED UNTIL THIS WEEK

 

LOAD OUT:

IMPORTANT: SELLER WILL ASSIST LOAD OUT WITH A SKID STEER FOR FIVE DAYS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION; ANYONE NEEDING LARGER LOAD OUT EQUIPMENT WILL HAVE TO LOAD ON THEIR OWN; ALL HAY MUST BE REMOVED BY APRIL 5TH- THESE LOAD OUT PROVISIONS ARE DEPENDANT ON WEATHER, FROST AND YARD CONDITONS. BUYERS MUST REMAIN IN CONTACT WITH AUCTION COMPANY OR OWNER FOR FINAL LOAD OUT DETAILS.
